Machine Operation – Operate VMC machines safely as per the given production plan and work instructions.
Drawing & Program Understanding – Read basic engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and follow the CNC/VMC program correctly.
Tool Setting & Inspection – Perform tool loading, tool offset setting, workpiece loading/unloading, and basic tool changes.
Quality Checking – Inspect components using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments as required.
Production & Safety – Achieve the required production quantity while maintaining quality, machine cleanliness, and all safety procedures.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
