A Hospital Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. They provide excellent customer service, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of the hospital's front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a skilled and courteous manner.
Register patients and verify personal, insurance, and medical information.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the hospital management system.
Collect payments, issue receipts, and process billing-related documentation when required.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments regarding patient appointments and admissions.
Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.




Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policies and privacy regulations.
Handle correspondence, filing, and other administrative duties.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist with emergency situations by directing patients and visitors appropriately.

Working Conditions:
Work in hospitals, clinics, or medical centers.
May require shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Frequent interaction with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
