We are hiring a skilled and customer-focused CRM Executive for our co-working space. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and good knowledge of MS Excel.
Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and telephonic client inquiries
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
Update CRM records and prepare basic reports in MS Excel
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling
Requirements:
Excellent English fluency (Mandatory)
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel
Professional attitude and decent personality
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Sales/CRM experience is preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
