About Kerala Eats

Kerala Eats is a Singapore-based food-ordering and delivery platform connecting customers with Indian restaurants across Singapore. We are looking for a responsible and organised Operations & Customer Support Executive to support our daily order, restaurant, rider, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order and Delivery Management
Monitor all incoming orders and ensure restaurants accept them promptly.
Contact restaurants when an order is not accepted or requires clarification.
Coordinate order modifications, item customisations, unavailable items, and other special requirements.
Plan delivery routes and assign suitable delivery riders.
Combine and optimise routes where practical to reduce delivery costs without affecting delivery times.
Monitor orders from acceptance until successful delivery.
Follow up with restaurants and riders to prevent or resolve delays.
Keep customers informed of key order updates and delivery issues.
Escalate urgent or unresolved operational issues to management.

Customer and Restaurant Support




Assist customers with order enquiries, changes, delivery updates, and complaints.
Support restaurants with order-related enquiries and operational issues.
Communicate professionally through telephone, WhatsApp, live chat, and other support channels.
Record issues accurately and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.

Restaurant and Platform Administration
Assist with onboarding recent restaurants and vendors.
Add and update menus, prices, product descriptions, images, operating hours, promotions, and availability.
Check menu information for accuracy before it is published.
Maintain accurate restaurant and operational records.

Payments and Reporting
Prepare restaurant/vendor payment calculations and statements.
Prepare rider payment calculations and records.
Maintain accurate order, delivery, payment, and adjustment information.
Prepare daily operational and payment reports.
Identify and report discrepancies or incomplete records.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
