Social Media & Marketing
Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Handle Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute social media campaigns.
Coordinate with the creative/design team for marketing content.
Respond to social media inquiries and generate potential leads.
Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic performance reports.

Sales Responsibilities
Follow up with leads received through social media, WhatsApp, calls and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.
Convert leads into site visits, meetings and sales.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good spoken English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Confident and presentable personality.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and social media marketing.
Good content creation and communication skills.




Sales-oriented mindset with solid follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Preferred Candidate
Female candidate with a confident and professional personality.

Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, telecalling or sales* will be preferred.
Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
Should be target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
