Key Responsibilities
● Market Research: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.
● Data Management: Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to organize campaign data, track KPIs, and assist in generating performance reports.
● Platform Mastery: Leverage social media algorithms and AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to optimize workflows and maximize creative output.
● Content Support: Assist in creating basic visual assets using Canva to support ad creatives and presentations.
● Global Coordination: Support the team in managing client requirements across different time zones, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
● Social Media Savvy: A strong foundational understanding of how social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok (for US and SEA Clients), X etc.) work from a business perspective.Data Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization).
● AI Integrated:



Demonstrated ability to use AI platforms to enhance productivity and creative thinking.
● Design (Plus): Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a significant advantage. Behavioral Requirements & Work Culture
● Communication: Excellent command of both spoken and written English. You must be able to communicate complex ideas clearly to a global audience.

You must be comfortable with: ○ Early Starts: Beginning work from home as early as 6:30 AM to align with South East Asian markets. ○ Office Presence: Transitioning to the office by 10:00 AM for cooperative work. ○ Global Connectivity: Being available via phone/messaging to respond to urgent client queries until 11:00 PM.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
