Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and structured chess training sessions for students (age 3+ years)
Teach fundamentals, tactics, strategies, and advanced concepts based on student level
Prepare lesson plans and training material
Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
Prepare students for tournaments and competitive play
Support in organizing academy tournaments, workshops, and events
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning setting
Encourage critical thinking, focus, and sportsmanship among students
