Key Responsibilities:
Perform color matching for inks/paints as per customer specifications and standards.
Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Handle and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shade variation, or performance issues.
Ensure proper documentation of test results and maintain lab records.
Support production team in maintaining quality consistency.
Monitor and improve product formulations as required.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the laboratory.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Valuable knowledge of color matching techniques
Understanding of ink/paint formulations
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
Basic knowledge of lab instruments and testing procedures

Qualification:
B.Sc./M.Sc in Chemistry or relevant field

Experience:
2–5 years of experience in ink/paint industry (preferred)

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
