Key Responsibilities:
Conduct skin & hair treatment consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans.
Convert consultations into treatment packages while maintaining a patient-first approach.
Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with doctors and therapists.
Achieve monthly sales and patient satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in counselling, healthcare sales, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, or wellness.
Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
Robust customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
Experience with CRM software is preferred.
