Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for speaking with customers.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Explain ProShoot's video production and digital marketing services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments with interested businesses.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain call records and update customer information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.





Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any graduate.
Valuable communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer support experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
