Responsibilities:
Monitoring of EV chargers in the field through different analytics and monitoring tools.
Diagnose issues with field systems and take necessary action to resolve it.
Ensure necessary support to the customer quality team on reporting field issues.
Support field technicians for resolving the issues with field systems.
Verification and approval of maintenance reports submitted by the field team across respective zones.
Understanding of EV charging system architecture and processes in charging infrastructure operations.

Technical understanding of IoT devices/ EV charging systems /Electrical & Electronics equipment.
Analytical and problem solving abilities.
Proficient with data compilation and MS Excel knowledge
