Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Advisor who can manage college/school tie-ups, conduct seminars, and convert student leads into admissions for our courses. The role includes school/college visits, Institute walkin student counselling & follow-ups, and coordinating the complete admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit nearby colleges and schools to build tie-ups and maintain relationships.
Conduct career guidance / course seminars and awareness sessions for students.
Promote training programs and explain course benefits clearly.
Generate student leads from seminars and college contacts.
Follow up with interested students and parents via calls/WhatsApp/meetings.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with internal team for batch schedules, course details, and student onboarding & certification process.




Maintain reports of seminar activity, leads generated, and closures.

Travel Requirement:
Candidate should be willing to travel to nearby locations (approx. once a week) for seminars and tie-ups.

Candidate Requirements:
Any graduation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident to speak in front of students and conduct seminars.
Interest in sales, marketing, and education field.
Must be proactive, target-driven, and valuable at follow-ups.
Two-wheeler preferred (optional but advantage).

Salary & Advantages:
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
