About the Role
ARA Discoveries Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or any related discipline.
MBA (HR) graduates or final-year students awaiting results may also apply.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced workplace.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or project experience in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, or HRMS tools is a plus.
