Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Frozen Retail Distribution- No excuses leader who deliver numbers, grows with company.
Location: HYDERABAD | Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000/month + Performance Incentives | Type: Full time
The Mandate: taazameatonline is launching a frozen ready-to-cook meat line in the General Trade/Retail market. (Strictly no HoReCa, no Up-to-date Trade).
The Target: Independently onboard 15 frozen food distributors and build a network of 750 retail outlets .
Daily Execution: Personally execute and micro-manage a minimum of 20 retailer visits per day to aggressively drive secondary sales.
BTL Activity: Identify local growth pockets and ensure mandatory daily flyer and activation activities to pull product volume.
Supply Chain: Coordinate local cold-chain logistics to guarantee 100% stock availability and zero retail stock-outs.
The No-Excuse Reporting Rule: If your daily report reads "Searching for distributors" or "Market survey in progress," this job is not for you.
Deliverables over Activities: We do not pay for status updates; we pay for closures. Your daily report must list onboarded partners and booked orders.
Required Experience: Deep, proven expertise in frozen foods, cold-chain logistics, or frozen FMCG channels with a ready-to-tap network.
The Ideal Candidate: A self-starting leader who doesn't need a playbook, can build infrastructure from scratch, and is ready to join immediately.
Eligibility: Age is no bar for the right result-oriented professional who talks in numbers and delivers target-backed growth.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
