Role Summary
The Marketing Events Coordination Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activation activities. The role ensures seamless event execution by coordinating with internal departments, vendors, dealerships, and external partners to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate marketing events, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Liaise with branches, sales teams, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
Coordinate venue arrangements, event logistics, branding materials, and promotional activities.
Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead generation during events.
Coordinate with creative agencies for event branding, promotional materials, and digital marketing support.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of event materials and promotional merchandise.
Maintain event calendars and execution schedules.
Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports,



including lead generation and ROI analysis.
Build relationships with event partners, sponsors, vendors, and local organizations.
Ensure all events align with company branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
Support digital and social media promotions related to events.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
