Inside Sales Executive – Industrial Products

We are a growing industrial products trading company specializing in industrial lubricants, cutting tools, bandsaw blades, grinding wheels, abrasives, bearings, and engineering consumables. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to build our inside sales function and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and customer referrals.
Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert enquiries into sales orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective industrial customers.
Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across the product portfolio.
Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM/ERP.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates,



and customer follow-ups.
Gather market intelligence on customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing trends.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, customer service, or industrial product sales.
Experience in industrial products, MRO supplies, engineering consumables, or trading companies is preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

Key Success Measures: Lead generation, quotation-to-order conversion, new customer acquisition, revenue growth, customer retention, and timely response to enquiries.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,161.57 per month
