Set individual and team sales targets and ensure their achievement through effective planning and execution.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solar solutions.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
