Installation and commissioning of packaging machines at customer sites.
Attend breakdown calls and provide timely technical support.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-related issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and machine servicing.
Provide machine demonstrations and operator training to customers.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare service reports after every site visit.
Coordinate with the Production, Design, Electrical, and Sales teams for technical issues.
Maintain proper records of service calls, spare parts, and machine performance.
Travel extensively across South India as required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain qualified relationships with clients.
Follow company safety procedures and service SOPs.

Required Skills
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics or relevant field.




1–3 years of experience in industrial machinery / packaging machinery / automation service.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, pneumatic systems, motors, drives, and electrical panels will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
Ability to work independently at customer locations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting.
