Key Responsibilities:
Supervise coating application activities at customer sites.
Provide technical guidance during surface preparation and coating application.
Ensure coating application is carried out in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
Conduct inspections of coating work and recommend corrective actions whenever required.
Troubleshoot application-related issues and provide effective technical solutions.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, and Customers for successful project execution.
Prepare technical reports, application records, and site visit reports.
Demonstrate coating products and application techniques to customers whenever required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and secure handling of paints, coatings, and chemicals during application.
Support product trials, current product evaluations, and technical presentations.
Maintain skilled relationships with customers by providing timely technical assistance.
Travel to customer locations for application supervision, inspections, and technical support as required.
