Role: We are hiring a Full time Retail Sales Associate for our footwear store.
Eligibility: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Customer Service: Responsibilities include welcoming shoppers and helping them find the right shoe sizes and styles.
Product Advice: Associates will guide customers on shoe materials, fit, and proper footwear care.
Stock Management: Daily work involves arranging store displays neatly and keeping shelves well-stocked.
Inventory Duties: Associates will manage storeroom stock, unpack inventory, and track size availability.
Daily Operations: Duties cover basic billing, store opening/closing tasks, and general maintenance.
Lodging Benefit: Free accommodation/stay facilities are provided for all selected staff.
Food Perk: Daily meals and food are fully provided by the employer.
Incentives: Earn extra performance bonuses and sales commission schemes above base pay.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
