Responsibilities:

Brand Onboarding & Account Management
Managing the partner onboarding process after commercial discussions are closed.
Coordinating with FMCG brands for product information, artwork, documentation, and other onboarding requirements.
Ensuring brands are onboarded smoothly and within timelines.

Inventory & Supply Coordination
Following up with brands on stock availability, dispatch plans, and replenishment requirements.
Coordinating with warehouse partners to ensure timely stock movement.

Product Listing Coordination
Working closely with the listing/content team to ensure products go live on time.
Collecting product details, images, nutritional information, pricing, and other required assets from brands.
Ensuring listing accuracy and completeness.

Relationship Management & Follow-Ups
Building robust relationships with brand partners.




Acting as the primary point of contact for operational queries.
Maintaining trackers and ensuring all action items are followed through until closure.

Ideal Candidate
Atleast 1 year of relevant experience in Account Management, Vendor Management, Category Operations, E-commerce Operations, or FMCG sales support.
Solid ownership mindset and execution capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing follow-ups.
Valuable working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience - 1 year of relevant experience

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
