Responsibilties:-
Role would require to acts as a client relationship manager
Weekly corporate visit needs to be done
Business review monthly / quarterly / annually
Adoption of technology & providing cost conservation suggestions to enhance client stickiness.
Maximize revenue prospects for accounts under his/ her portfolio
Managing client escalation on real time and providing them appropriate solutions
Manage and coordinate with Airline team to get the best deal for corporate tie up
Accurate submission of invoices or any payments by supporting credit control team
On time collection - meeting with corporate
Cross selling of other travel related product
Achieve monthly and yearly target as defined by the business
Managing the teams daily activities.
Cross-training existing employees to maximize team agility, performance, and productivity.
Manage and maintain relations with the corporates by providing quality service as defined by the organization.
Achieve defined targets as set by the business.
