Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve individual and overall business targets.
Drive sales generation and revenue growth by identifying current business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.




Identify local market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase market presence and sales.
Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-focused work culture within the branch.
