Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online marketing efforts for our newly launched Ayurveda clinic in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating awareness, generating qualified leads/enquiries, and managing all social media platforms.

Salary & Benefits:₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided based on the volume of enquiries and business generated.

Probation Period: 3 months.

Permanent role and future growth will be decided based on performance evaluation post-probation.Job Coaching/Training: Initial orientation and strategy alignment will be provided to help you understand our hospital's vision and target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to generate patient enquiries.Handle all social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)



with engaging content.Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for healthcare/Ayurveda sectors.Monitor ad budgets, analyze campaign performance, and optimize ads to ensure maximum ROI (Return on Investment).Respond to initial online enquiries and coordinate with the front office team.Track website traffic and improve local SEO (Google My Business/Google Maps visibility).

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive/Manager (Healthcare or hospitality industry experience is a huge plus).Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads Excellent understanding of lead generation techniques and social media algorithms

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
