Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day catering operations, coordinating events and functions, ensuring excellent food and service quality, managing staff and vendors, and achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage catering operations for events, banquets, weddings, corporate functions, and outdoor catering
Plan and coordinate events from pre-event preparation to execution
Coordinate with Chefs, Service, Purchase, Stores, and Logistics teams
Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and team performance
Ensure food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards
Handle client requirements, special requests, feedback, and complaints
Manage food costing, operational expenses, inventory, and wastage
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely availability of materials and equipment
Conduct site visits and ensure smooth event setup and execution
Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain solid client relationships
Prepare event reports, costing sheets, and operational MIS
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards

Robust catering and F&B; operations knowledge

Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and vendor management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines

Qualification & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Catering Management
5–10 years of experience in catering or F&B; operations
Prior experience as a Catering Manager / Banquet Manager / F&B; Manager preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience in wedding catering, corporate catering, outdoor catering, banquet operations, institutional catering, or large-scale events
Experience managing large teams, high-volume events, and multiple client requirements

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
