Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales goals.
Customer Relationship Building: Foster solid relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify recent prospects, trends, and competitor activity.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Product Promotion: Promote products and services to customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
