We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Managers for ZSM (Zonal Sales Manager) / RSM (Regional Sales Manager) positions to drive sales growth, manage teams, develop markets, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue growth across the assigned territory/region.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop current customers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
Maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Conduct regular market visits and support the sales team.
Track team performance and ensure target achievement.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements:




Relevant experience in Sales / Business Development.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven.
Good market and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel as required.

SALARY: ₹30,000–₹60,000/month + incentives
Salary will depend on experience and position.
