The Creative Director is the captain of the proverbial (creative) ship. You will steer the team towards success with your ideas and passion. Your creative brilliance will light up the path of your crew. It's your task to motivate your co-workers and bring the best out of them. You will be heading different kinds of teams while handling a wide variety of brands.

You are required to work closely with account managers, art directors, visualisers and copywriters in order to ensure even distribution and exact delegation of work so that even the tightest deadlines are met without any chaos.

Delivering job within deadlines
Ensuring that projects are delivered within the budget
Working directly with client servicing and management team on respective projects
Identifying new business and creative opportunities
Building a culture within the internal teams and motivating the teams

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
