Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Jr. Engineer (Civil) to assist in overseeing construction activities at project sites. The candidate will support in supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating with site teams and monitoring work progress, and ensuring smooth execution of work as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Monitor construction progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Assist in maintaining site records, measurements, and material requirements efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Head or management as per requirement.

Requirements




Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
1- 3 years of experience in construction sites.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods and site management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work dedicatedly at project sites.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks.
Positive understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and site documentation.
