Key responsibilities:
Manage approximately 85% of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, shortlist, and select suitable candidates based on role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain accurate recruitment records.
