Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive person for the audit process and team. The ideal candidate should have a robust knowledge of internal and external auditing principles, particularly in ISO and CMMI standards. Excellent analytical and presentation skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Lead organizational quality certification initiatives (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, CMMI).
Conduct internal audits, report findings, and ensure compliance.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards.
Verify contractual documents and project adherence to processes.
Identify non-compliances and drive timely resolution.
Create project health dashboards for senior management.
Conduct training on quality management system and processes.
Collect and analyze metrics data,
report findings to management.
Maintain documentation of processes and update registers.
Required Skills:
Experience required 4+years.
Robust knowledge of CMMI & ISO (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001) standards and auditing principles.
Good understanding of SDLC Process
Developed and implemented CMMI process, policies, procedures and standards.
Advanced Excel skills.
Stakeholder management
Experience in IT industry compliance and audit.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with information system concepts and practices
