Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Svvayam. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, present our solutions, and manage customer relationships. High operational discipline and accurate data tracking are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Management: Rigorously and diligently log all customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales status in the CRM daily.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Outreach to potential clients, qualify prospects, and close sales prospects.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries prompt and maintain positive customer relationships.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily activity records and present sales progress updates to management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Mobile Requirement:



Must possess an Android smartphone in valuable working condition for daily CRM operations and communication.
CRM Proficiency: Proven dedication to meticulous and accurate CRM entry; attention to detail is critical.
Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to manage time effectively, follow up on leads independently, and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
