Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC and VMC machines according to production requirements.
Set up machines, tools, and workpieces before machining.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments.
Carry out basic machine maintenance and keep equipment in valuable working condition.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Ensure smooth production by minimizing machine downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience operating CNC and/or VMC machines.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of machine setup and tooling.
Basic understanding of machine maintenance.
Solid focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade is typically preferred (experience is valued).
