We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Data Specialist to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in clinical data management and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and analyze clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement effective data management plans to support clinical operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.
Conduct data quality checks and audits to ensure adherence to company standards.
Provide training and support to junior staff on data management best practices.




Participate in process improvements initiatives to enhance data management efficiency.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as life sciences or pharmacy.
Proven experience in clinical data management and analysis, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
Solid knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations and guidelines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and collaborate with stakeholders.
Proficiency in data management software and tools, such as electronic data capture systems.
