Were Hiring: Design Lead / Studio Lead at SAMCO Mutual Fund

Mumbai | 5 to 8 years | Reports to Chief Growth Officer

SAMCO Mutual Fund is looking for a Design Lead to head our in house design studio and own our visual identity across digital and offline platforms.

What you will do:
Lead and mentor our design team
Own creatives across social media, emailers, websites, landing pages, brochures, factsheets and NFO campaigns
Design digital experiences in Figma and support UI/UX
Ensure all creatives meet SEBI and AMFI advertising norms
Coordinate with vendors and print production partners
Leverage AI design and image generation tools

What we are looking for:
5+ years in creative design, preferably from Mutual Fund or BFSI




Team handling experience
Robust command of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma
Basic proficiency in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus
Understanding of regulatory compliant marketing communication
