About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cutting Master – Men’s Wear with strong practical knowledge of garment cutting, fabric handling, pattern placement, and cutting operations. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the cutting process efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and minimum fabric wastage.

Key Responsibilities
Cut fabric efficiently as per marker and cutting plan.
Check fabric quality, shade, defects, and shrinkage before cutting.
Verify patterns, measurements, and specifications before starting the cutting process.
Ensure accurate cutting while maintaining minimum fabric wastage.
Handle cutting for different styles, sizes, fabrics, and garment constructions.
Manage the cutting team and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
Ensure cut panels are properly sorted and bundled according to size, style, and colour.
Coordinate with the production team to maintain the cutting schedule.
Ensure proper usage and basic maintenance of cutting machines and tools.
Maintain quality, measurement accuracy,



and consistency throughout the cutting process.
Identify cutting-related issues and take corrective action when required.

Requirements
Strong practical knowledge of garment cutting and fabric handling.
Experience in men’s wear cutting is preferred.
Experience with Korean pants, shirts, T-shirts, and structured garments will be an advantage.
Good understanding of fabric consumption, marker planning, and wastage control.
Ability to maintain speed and accuracy under production pressure.
Solid team-handling and coordination skills.
Ability to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Good understanding of garment measurements, patterns, and cutting techniques.

What We’re Looking For

A hands-on Cutting Master who can independently manage cutting operations, guide the cutting team, minimize fabric wastage, and ensure accurate output as per production requirements.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience and skill level. Salary will be discussed during the interview.
