Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end management of Non-Core Applications: Oracle Financials, Digi Procure S2P, M-Fund, Darwinbox, LegaDox, Econcile, and E-Compliance.
Ensure system availability, performance, user access control, and compliance with IT policies.
Manage upgrades, integrations, UAT, and production deployments across Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement & Compliance systems.
Deliver major projects including Oracle Financials upgrade, TCS Banca integration, Marine system integration, and LegaDox implementation.
Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and process improvements.
Drive automation, streamline workflows, and support audit and compliance requirements.
Provide user training, documentation, and change management support.

Key Skills:
Oracle Financials (AP/AR), 12.2.12 & 19C upgrade knowledge
Procurement systems (S2P), HRMS (Darwinbox)
Contract management (LegaDox), Reconciliation (Econcile), Compliance systems
Integration management (APIs/Webservices)
SQL (Basic), Data analysis
Application support & UAT coordination

Note: General Insurance/NBFC experience preferred.
