Cavallo is Jalandhar's recent premium all-day café — specialty coffee, Italian kitchen, and European desserts in a beautiful double-height glass space. We're hiring our founding service team.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests warmly; take orders accurately on POS
Learn the full menu — coffee, pizza, desserts — and recommend confidently
Serve food and beverages to premium standards; manage table upkeep and turns
Handle guest requests and escalate complaints to the manager
Support opening/closing duties: table setup, section cleaning,
restocking
Requirements:
6 months+ experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel (sharp freshers considered)
Well-groomed, presentable, and confident with guests
Hindi/Punjabi fluency; basic English strongly preferred
Rotational shifts including weekends, 6 days/week
