Job Purpose

Responsible for the routine operation, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of electrical, HVAC, fire & life safety, plumbing, access control, CCTV, and other facility systems. The technician shall ensure that all building services are maintained in safe, reliable, and effective working condition as per the approved Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure secure and reliable operation of electrical and facility equipment.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per the approved PMS.
Attend to daily maintenance complaints and breakdowns promptly.
Monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & life safety, and other building services.




Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with site safety procedures.
Minimize equipment downtime through timely inspection and preventive maintenance.
Maintain good housekeeping in electrical rooms, maintenance areas, and stores.
Support the Facility Management team in maintaining a safe, clean, comfortable, and functional workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
