Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Test HVAC systems for proper operation and efficiency.
Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, valves, and filters.
Recharge refrigerants and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records.
Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and clients to complete maintenance activities efficiently.
