We are hiring Hindi-speaking executives for SaaSGOLD, a fast-growing jewellery SaaS software company.
Role includes:
Giving software demos in Hindi
Handling North India customer calls
Customer support through phone & WhatsApp
Explaining mobile app and software features
Following up with leads and onboarding customers
Requirements:
Good Hindi communication
Basic English understanding
Computer knowledge
Experience in telecalling/customer support/sales preferred
Freshers with positive communication can also apply
