Develop strategies and action plans for implementing SLWM solutions.
Preparation of technical resource material focusing on working principles and ground implementation of various technologies
On site support for execution and construction monitoring
Delivering technical sessions during national and state level trainings
Support to field level functionaries on execution of technical aspects on ground and O M of technologies
Visit to states and providing support to state level government officials for roll out of technical aspects of SBM
Visit to states and providing support to state level government officials for roll out of technical aspects of SBM
Research and explore emerging technologies for improved waste management.

Qualifications





BE (Civil /Environmental)

Additional Information
Minimum 10 plus Years of experience in rural/Urban SLWM

Experience of working on designing, planning and implementation of rural SLWM technologies

Positive understanding of rural sanitation technologies and implementation aspects
Ability to work in relevant software (e.g., GIS, AutoCAD, Microsoft excel, etc).
Positive drafting and documentation skills
Ability to work in and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders

Able to manage projects end to end: project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
