We are looking for a energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers, and have the ability to manage a small team while supporting sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Develop and maintain solid customer relationships.
Handle day-to-day sales and marketing activities.
Coordinate with the Sales Head on business development initiatives.
Manage and guide a team of 4 team members.
Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Support management in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer handling and telecalling abilities.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
