Experience 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM SAM modules. Solid experience in ServiceNow platform development including scripting and automation e.g. JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, etc. Familiarity with software license management, compliance and best practices for managing IT assets. Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITIL Foundation certification.
Requirements
