Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn, along with strong communication and negotiation skills, will help you succeed in this role.

Location: Indore || Full-time || Onsite

Experience: 1–3 Years

Compensation : As per Market Standards

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms
Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements
Handle client communication, negotiations, and deal closures
Identify current business opportunities and expand the client database
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements




Proven experience in IT Sales (mandatory — non-IT profiles will not be considered)
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn for lead generation
Robust skills in bidding, proposal writing, and client communication
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong email drafting and follow-up management abilities
Ability to work with international clients
Good understanding of IT services and digital project sales lifecycle
Robust organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in selling IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
