Key Responsibilities
Perform sampling, testing, and analysis of incoming raw materials in accordance with approved specifications, test methods, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Review and verify Certificates of Analysis (COA), material specifications, and supporting quality documents received from suppliers.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
Evaluate test results and promptly report any deviations, out-of-specification (OOS), or non-conforming materials to the QC Manager.
Prepare, maintain, and update analytical records, inspection reports, logbooks, and quality documentation in compliance with cGMP and ISO requirements.
Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Production, and Quality Assurance teams for timely disposition and clearance of incoming materials.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, handling, and retention of tested raw materials and reference samples.
Participate in internal audits, quality investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.




Support compliance with regulatory standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP), and company quality policies

Qualification

*B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or any related field.
*Basic knowledge of cGMP, ISO guidelines, and raw material specifications.
*Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and capable of maintaining digital & physical documentation.
*Knowledge of analytical instruments used in QC labs.
*Valuable communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail, data management, and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
