Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Reservations Executive to join our team in Sangolda, North Goa. This is a full time, in office role responsible for managing reservations across multiple channels, ensuring seamless booking experiences, and maximizing occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guest communication, coordination with internal teams, and delivering exceptional hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online booking channels.
Provide accurate information on villa/property availability, pricing, amenities, and policies.
Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and payment follow-ups in the reservation system.
Maintain accurate and updated reservation records, guest details, and reports.
Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and guest relations teams to ensure smooth check-ins,



check-outs, and guest experiences.
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Upsell suitable properties, experiences, and add-on services to optimize revenue.
Follow company SOPs and contribute to reporting, documentation, and process improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
