Manage Front End Customer communication pertaining to orders.
Attend Participate review progress updates calls with Customer.
Maintain update customer communication tracker (Order related) on daily basis and co-ordinate with internal team for closure in a time bound manner.
Escalate discuss pending issues OTD issues on daily basis.
