Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant to join our Emergency & Casualty Department for the night shift. The candidate will assist duty doctors and consultants in providing timely and quality patient care during emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Duty Doctors in assessing and managing emergency and casualty patients.
Record patient history, vital signs, and clinical observations accurately.
Perform initial patient assessment and triage under medical supervision.
Assist in emergency procedures and resuscitation activities.
Monitor patient condition and promptly report any changes to the Duty Doctor.
Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and referrals.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Assist in medication administration as per doctor's instructions.
Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and supplies.
Coordinate with Nursing, Laboratory, Radiology, and other departments for patient care.




Handle medico-legal cases as per hospital protocols.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
Provide compassionate care and support to patients and attendants.

Requirements:
BHMS Qualification.
2–5 years of experience in Emergency, Casualty, ICU, or Critical Care settings.
Valuable clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Solid decision-making and emergency management skills.
Knowledge of hospital documentation and patient care protocols.
