Role

Responsible for the day-to-day execution, supervision and documentation of construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise and monitor daily site activities.
Maintain labour attendance, allocate work and monitor productivity.
Verify materials received, consumed and available at site.
Maintain material stock and site records.
Raise material requirements/requisitions in advance.
Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
Check quality, dimensions, levels and workmanship.
Record measurements and quantities of completed work.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors.
Verify material deliveries and work completed before bills are processed.
Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site photographs.
Ensure the latest approved drawings are followed.
Monitor basic site safety and housekeeping.
Immediately report delays, defects, wastage, shortages, variations and other significant site issues.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
